Introduction
 
I have been following discussions about this and the government seems to be very secret on the issue.
 
Did you know the Commonwealth of Australia has been registered as Privately owned American company in the USA, Washington DC, I wonder who is behind that and why? Labour was in power at the time 2009, Rudd Gillard. It is still in vogue to this day under the LNP.
 
 
 
 
Attached are documents released under a Freedom of Information request seeking access to all documents that confirm the following: registration with the SEC of the Australian Government(Commonwealth of Australia) as a privately owned American company, file number:333-163307 CIK:0000805157.

Why does Australia need to sign up as a company in the USA to be part of a so called Government Guarantee Scheme? And who authorised it? I will try to find out.
 
 
 
What I Have Learned So Far
 
You can do a search on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission website to find information on a particular companies registered status. This is what I have done and searched for Commonwealth of Australia  COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA.
 
 
I have also found that NSW has registered with the U.S. SEC.  NEW SOUTH WALES TREASURY CORP
 
 
I have also found that QLD has registered with the U.S. SEC.  STATE OF QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA  The strange thing with this one is the STATE has been registered rather than the QUEENSLAND TREASURY CORP.
 
 
As you can see the U.S. is not hiding anything. Why is the Australian Government being so sneaky, and nothing has been said or published in the main stream media, you only get to know about this sort of information through independent media sources or certain social media sources. You will not find out about this type of information through politically backed main stream media sources, that the government collude with to keep a lot of important information silent from the Quiet Australians, who are simply on a need to know basis.
